Matthew Bayfield – 25 years of CEO experience
Matthew founded his first startup at the age of 24 and grew the business to three countries and £ multiple millions of revenue before successfully exiting in 2010. With a further 5 startups under his belt he has subsequently taken the CEO role at 8 other organisations across multiple sectors including a PLC on the London stock exchange. Matthew firmly believes in using psychology to understand motivations and values in order to understand the real business issues and create lasting change.
